Evan Lockhart Borman is a graduate from the University of Colorado Denver - Master Science Historic Preservation (MSHP) 2016. He specializing in the hybrid environment of Design-Build architecture and Historic Preservation.

He currently is acting as an Architectural Historian with TEP, after years stationed in Fairplay CO as the Preservation & Project Manager for Park County Dept. of Heritage & Tourism and the South Park National Heritage Area.
